Kent Bullock
Director
When opportunity knocks, Kent grabs the opportunity with both hands – so when building his own farm shed decades ago became the catalyst for starting his own steel fabrication business Kent never looked back.
Kent is a personable character with a straight forward and experienced approach to his business. He has established a team built on respect and integrity which clients will experience every step of the way.
Within the business Kent oversees planning and reviews the manufacturing and production activities to optimise resource use, minimise costs and maintain quality standards.
Braden Bullock
Operations Manager
With his foundations in engineering and a growing passion for management and leadership, Braden was keen to take an active role in the family business when the challenge arose.
Braden is a true thinker, who is always working to improve the business through identifying new business opportunities and new products to meet the needs of existing and potential clients.
As Operations Manager, liaises first hand with clients and manages and coordinates the successful outcome of projects. He enjoys working in this competitive industry where the growth and success of the business is a daily reminder of the need for high-quality results being delivered for Compliant Steel clients.
Michele Bullock
Administration
Michele is actively involved in the administration and financial management of this family business. With Michele's experience in administration and Kent preferring the more hands-on side of the business, they are a successful and solid partnership for the business.
Michele offers a friendly and welcoming experience to all clients and this is passed through her team. Her strength in systems and processes to refine the workings of the business provide a great asset to the team.
